    MFP's activity level is for Non-Exercise Activity (NEAT "T" is Thermogenesis).

    Anyway, what that means for you is - Your tennis and pilates are logged separately.....and then you earn additional calories on those days.

    These are both estimates.

    Your macros - prtotien, fats, carbs are personal preferences for health and or fitness.

    It's really more based on your daily activity than it is your workout for the day. If you spend all day sitting at a computer then it sedentary/light. But if you're constantly walking, running, lifting thing, then it pretty heavy/active. Don't put your workout routine into the equation for it.
