What are some good healthy snack ideas or some of your favorites?

Every morning I have a yogurt and piece of fruit, or string cheese and piece of fruit. Sometimes a boiled egg.
In the afternoon, it's usually fiber one bar or lara bar.
And every night, I have a serving of ice cream.2 -
What's your calorie target for your snacks?0

cold veggie dogs, string cheese, dry cereal, Skinny Pop popcorn. I also bake once a week and aim for 200 calories or less per portion, so that's around, too. (There's peach nut pudding cake in the fridge right now @ 99 calories/portion and green tea granita in the freezer @ 85)1

Fruit, veggies with a bit of low calorie dip/dressing, a hard boiled egg, pickles, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, a serving of nuts, a serving of dried fruit, yogurt/Greek yogurt. I also just found some calorie friendly trail mix-130 calories so not to bad, just make sure to check labels because some mixes pack a calorie punch!2 -
