Varicose Veins.

I've had bad varicose veins since I was in the 5th grade. I've been told that exercise will reduce them but they're still there. So far I've lost 18lbs of my 68 goal. Anyone have a better way to get rid of them

You may want to consult with a qualified laser tech. Insurance, in most cases pays. There aren't products that make dramatic differences, but vitamin k creams and calendula help "soften" the look of them. In most cases it's hereditary, being active helps with the circulation which helps prevent the bulging ones.

Go to a board certified vein specialist, not a laser tech or a personal trainer. Varicose veins often mean that the tissue of the valves in your veins is weak, so that blood isn't being pumped up to your heart efficiently. It isn't a cosmetic fix, and vigorous cardio can actually make it worse! Do yourself a favor and go to a doctor. Your insurance will most likely pay for the diagnostic and any necessary treatments. Good luck.0

Adele Davies in one of her books talked about large amounts of Vit E internally, and i would crack open capsules at night and put on. Bioflavonoids are great for veins i have had good results with that.0
