Am new to MFP. My ultimate goal is to lose weight, stay fit & stop fluctuating! I like strength training & boxing.
Also, I travelled for work almost all of last year - which threw me off on so many levels. So as I plan to get back on the road for another year I will be logging my diet & excercise! Aiming to be more mindful, hoping to stay fit & lose weight this time instead of gain! Any suggestions or advice from/ for those who maintain good health while they travel a lot is appreciated!
