Right now I'm taking animal packs and its pretty expensive at 35.00 a tub, just wondering what everyone ws using. Animal packs has about 10 pills per pack so I feel I'm getting everything I need but I'm sure there are better options out there.

I don't take a multivitamin. I take individual vitamins that over time I have worked to figure out what works best for my body. Also, doctor did blood tests to tell me what I'm deficient in.
  • Dr. Oz had a great show a few months back about what is needed. He even suggested buying store brand. Www.doctoroz.com.

Essential One by Andrew Lessman. Can be purchased at HSN or ProCapsLabs.com
  • I take Animal Pak too, I'd like to believe that's the standard for heavy lifters...but if I were to be on another multivitamin, I'd take Optimen

overpriced...Universal is great at marketing their products though.
they've cornered the market on the 'hardcore' attitude...and the definitely charge them for it

i was using orange triad by controlled labs. now i'm using sportpharma's multi v
both of them are great and way cheaper than animal pak.

love the name, nothing presto about fitness! I'm gonna try something different and probably try something thkelly suggested. Do you tame 2 packs or one of the packs a day? I take 1. Thanks for the recommendations everyone!

I take the Alive Multivitamin. I like it a lot, especially now that they've created a one-a-day. (You used to have to take 3 a day.)

I take Orange Triad, but IMO the 3 best for bodybuilders are:

    Orange Triad
    Animal Pak
    Optimen (sorry ladies)
