How to label a workout class

I need help please. I take a 60 minute class at a gym called Body Pump. It's various strength exercises using a bar and weights. We do everything: squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, power presses, crunches. I don't know how to log this as I have no idea how many reps, etc we do. Any tips or approximate calories burned would be so appreciated. Thanks

Strength is for tracking only - cardio is for if you want calories for it. So next time you're looking something up even if it is strength training, if you are trying to get calories it will be under cardio. I wish they made that more clear...0
