Breakfast and before workout snacks

Looking for a good breakfast for after a workout as well as a small snack for before a workout. Most likely different snacks pre strength than pre cardio.

Any general ideas would be welcome. Thanks!

    Hi

    General breakfast ideas:

    I love eating overnight oats with a spoon of natural peanut butter

    Scrambled eggs and toast

    Avocado toast

    I found them very filling ;)

    Big fan of eggs for Bfast.

    What do you like, and what do you find makes you feel good and have a good workout? Eat that! Some people recommend more carbs post - weight training... You could try that if you're bothered.

    I prefer training fasted - I find I feel a bit ill if I eat too close to training.

    Protein shakes are what I have before I hit the gym.

    You could put a eggs in a muffin tin like a pan u would use to make muffins...break one egg per hole and add spinach or another veggie...bake in the oven and they are perfect little to go eggs best part is they can freeze and defrost without becoming rubbery...perfect on the go snack

    I must eat in the a.m. before working out..or it will be a disaster! And I get a horrible headache...I would say some granola and yogurt pre workout and eggs after workout does the job for me!:-)
