I'd like to start a weight loss challenge for everyone including myself seeing as I packed on 20lbs, last summer I started a 10 week challenge and it was like a family where we provided eachother with support and motivation, tips, etc. I don't kno how long this challenge will be I'm open to suggestions, and I'm looking for a way to make things more interesting to keep everyone focused, I'd love feedback. Weigh ins are every tuesday, I'd like to go by fat percentage and weight, and also measurements. Its extra rewarding knowing how many inches uve lost also. Before and after pics are a good memory too if ur interested jus post or message me, I'm doin my personal training course to become licensed, so if u have any workout or nutrition questions or if u just need motivation msg me. If u have any suggestions on something to add I'd love to hear it, if you just want to go by weight that's fine too I just like recording everything because one week u mite not lose weight but u mite lose an inch, just extra motivation.

im up for that to im new to trying to loose weight so any help/motivation recieved will be amazing let me know when its starting and things u may get bored of me thou cos i ask alot a questions no cos im thick or dont listen its just i feel silly sometimes when im exercising so i think im not doing it right! x0

So I'm thinking that once a week ill throw some nutrition and exercise tips, if ud like to add anything ur welcome to do so
Tips:
•drink lots of green tea (I add splenda to mine so it tastes really good surprisingly and its good for u and has no calories) this will increase ur metabolism.
•dont deprive urself, sure if u only eat 1000 calories a day ull lose weight BUT once u start eating again ull gain the weight and then some since doing this slows down ur metabolism which will result in gaining weight quicker than u did before. SO DON'T DO IT!
•try to exercise every day even if its just for 30 mins.
•dont just do cardio, or don't just do strength training. Each go hand in hand, u need to incorporate both

I actually just found this out but on this site u can find an estimate of ur fat percentage. Just click on tools and when that opens scroll down and it should say BMI calculator, click on that, fill out the info and it will calculate it for u. U can also do it by scale, I bought mine at walmart for like 20 bucks and it calculates ur fat percentage, water percentage and tells u what range ur in like healthy, over or obese. And you can just buy measuring tape at the dollarstore and I love questions, I'm studying to be a certified personal trainer and I love this kind of stuff. Never feel like a questions silly, I was in the same shoes a few years ago before I started training good luck everyone!0

I'm not sure I am measuring in the right places! Lol. I will just try to be consistent I guess.
I'm curious about P90X.... What is it? I keep reading about it on here.

Its a crazy intense workout, that works on muscle confusion. I just did day 2 today, and I thought I was going to die. There are 12 difference dvd workouts, and swith up the workouts for 13 weeks. Its good because your body does not get used to the same thing all the time, which is why people stall on weight loss.0 -
