I love supporting others through this lifestyle change, and hearing ideas and suggestions on what works and what doesn't. If you need someone to check in with daily or every other day, add me and we can do it together. My goal is to be at my goal weight by June 2018. I know I can do it, and I know that you can get to your goals as well.

    Wow, nearly 30 lbs that is amazing! I started in Feb of 2017 and am only down 9 lbs & have no clue what I am doing wrong. Please add me as I can use all the help I can get...lol

    I started a little over a year ago, I'm almost 120 lbs down and have probably 20-30 left. I'm aiming for healthy BMI by the end of the year (11 more lbs) and goal weight sometime early 2018 before recomping. I'll add you!
