Is it me or the exercise?

I've been doing some zumba videos off of youtube for a few weeks now and decided this week to start my Kenpo X cd from the P90X series to change it up a bit. I've done it twice now and I'm confused at the results. After the first time I was sore for 2 days which I totally expected. After the second time I wasn't sore at all even though I felt like I tried harder and I didn't cut any reps this time compared to the first time. Could my muscles have gotten use to the workout already or is my stamina better than I thought?

    Really? I'm surprised that doing a brand new workout wouldn't take more time getting use to even if I am in better shape than I thought. I am sweating like crazy when I'm finished so I know I'm getting a good workout. I just hope I see results from it.
