Pruvit Keto OS - Has anyone tried it?

Options
Hi everyone! I'm just curious, has anyone out there tried Pruvit Keto OS? What are your thoughts on it? I have tried it and love the way it gives me energy, and it has really helped with my belly fat, but all the sodium in it makes me feel like a beached whale. Have you experienced that? I'm just curious and trying to decide if it is really worth adding to my diet. I would love to hear your thoughts!

All I see is that it contains caffeine. I can't find ingredients or nutrition label.

I tried it and really liked it, except for the cost. The product helps me feel full and stay in ketosis and at bit higher carb count (30 to 50). I switched to InstaKetos this week because it's a bit cheaper and am getting the same results.

Does InstaKetos have as much sodium in it?

Agree - its not ketones that you eat - its ketones your body creates - telling you you are not eating carbs

Practically everyone on my Facebook friends list is hawking this stuff, and I can't tell whether it is good stuff that works well, or a trendy fad that they are just trying to make money on. I'm curious, but mostly annoyed that it is every third post on my feed.

I suspect you are right. Plus, I've fought against everyone trying to sell it to me for so long I can't possibly give in and try it now. :P

It's nutrient-free sweetened caffeine. Just go have some coffee.

You can also unfollow these 'friends' on Facebook so that their MLM crap doesn't clutter up your feed. :)

and you are not going to enter ketosis in 30 min either. it takes a little longer than that for some it can take more than a week.and as for eating more carbs. some can enter ketosis on 100g or less a day(depending on how active they are and other things) but most seem

to get there under 50 net carbs per day.why would you spend the money on a product when you can do it yourself? as for ketosis or any way of eating or product, you cannot target fat loss.
if you are losing belly fat then you are one of those who lose it there quicker than others,a lot of that has to do with genetics and ketosis doesn't mean you burn body fat. ketosis is fueled by dietary fat.body fat is lost when you eat in a deficit no matter what way you eat.fat comes off where it wants when it wants. you cannot spot reduce unless you get lipo

If it sounds like a gimmick and costs money like a gimmick, then it's probably a gimmick. I'm a huge proponent for a ketogenic diet and this is 100% unnecessary.

Feel free to add me as a friend if you ever want any keto-related, non-sponsored advice! I'd be glad to share :)

Total waste of $$$. Real food/coconut sources are way more cost efficient; MCT oil (Carrington farm I think is the brand name) costs about $9 per bottle (~16 fluid oz). Just my 2 cents...

I recently just started it and I'm liking it so far. My cousin was the first in my family to try it and she's had some amazing results. She lost 60 lbs in 10 months and looks great!

For me personally, drinking keto os is the easy part... It's the making sure you're still eating right that's harder for me.

if she lost weight she was in a deficit of calorie, fat and weight is lost in a deficit no matter what way of eating you have. and I dont see how it puts you into ketosis, you have to lower your carbs and up your fat to enter ketosis and the claims that it puts you into ketosis within 30 min is a bunch of crap
