I'm doing the cycling keno diet. Here is my 10 day progress. My initial weight is wrong don't know how to fix it but in 10 days I've lost 8 lbs almost and my body is going back to an athletic body shape. Still got about 20 more lbs to go.     Im an owner of a gym and many people lose motivation so easily.

    Thank you so much! I see that happening all the time. I started today my second cycle of the keno diet this time it's only 6 days instead of 10 but to me this is my life style.

    cycling keto diet? and when doing keto the first large amount of weight is mostly water and glycogen.why not just do keto the whole time? its hard for some to get back into ketosis once you are out of it.
