My breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and usually the largest too. I'm not embarrassed to log it at all. It's usually between 450-550 calories. LOL!

Breakfast is my largest meal of the day, in most cases. My largest breakfast was probably 1,300 calories, and I was alright the entire day.

I had a bowl of rice crispies with almond milk, my staple breakfast. It fills me up without weighing me down. A couple hours after that I had a banana, and then an hour or so after that an apple. An hour later, lunch time.

I prefer several healthy snacks in the morning over a large breakfast.

I used Fiber One Pancakes to make banana pancakes with as syrup, 1.5 scrambled eggs and an apple with my usual 2 cups of water. Kept me full for pretty long [yummy too]

Fruit salad (apple, pear, kiwi, strawberry today, it varies according to what is in the market) with 100g natural yoghurt (Mundella - Australian) and 1/3 cup muesli.

I prepare 2 or 3 days worth in the evening twice a week and we just grab it and go in the morning - very quick and easy.
It comes in around 180 calories and keeps me full for most of the morning.

My other usual weekday brekky is porridge (oatmeal):
    1/3 cup rolled oats
    2/3 cup water
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 small pear, diced
    Sprinkle of cinnamon

I enjoy eggs (1 whole egg with 2 or 3 whites) scrambled with spinach and/or tofu, soon I will be adding chopped tomatos from my garden.

I alternate with original Fiber One cereal mixed into some yogurt and fresh fruits.

On the mornings I work out I have both breakfasts, one before, one after :drinker:

I drink iced coffe w/sugar free creamer and/or hot green tea.

Other breakfast staples I like are Morning Star soy sausage patties, oatmeal, cold boiled eggs.

Today it was 2 eggs, over easy with 2 slices of bacon cooked crisp. I added an entire small zucchini sauted and topped with 1T of grated parmesan cheese. Then, I was still hungry so I had two pieces of whole wheat toast with a Laughing Cow Swiss spread on them with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a bit of agave nectar for sweetness.

All in all, around about 500-600 calories.

I had regular Cream Of Wheat and 2 cups of coffee with my creamer. Sometimes I have fruit (banana) and sometimes I have yogurt (dannon greek vanilla) and sometimes I have a bagel (Thomas cinnamon bagel) with low sugar jelly and almond butter. Just depends on the morning.

I had 2 slices of weight watchers white bread (90 cal), .8 tbsp nutella (80 cal), and Kraft whipped peanut butter 1 tbsp (70 cal). Altogether it's 240 calories but it's worth it because it's delicious and filling... for me at least. :)
