I'm currently 25 years old, 5'5, and 231 pounds. I'm a part time student, part time veterinary assistant, and full
time mama. My mini goal is to get under 200 and my ultimate goal is to be around 150-160 so I have a long ways to go! Any tips on losing or how to get started would be appreciated. I'm currently eating around 1,700 calories/day which I know isn't leading me to a fast start so I want to know what else I can do to start losing more. I'm drinking plant based protein shakes for breakfast but any other suggestions will help tremendously because I can only do so much research with the little time I get to myself. Thanks everyone! :)

Hey, I added you as a friend. Send me a message and I will help as much as I can. I use a few apps that help me (im a mom too). I know its hard to get time to yourself to workout.

Hey there!! I'm a bit taller than you but had exactly the same stats last year (student, working, kids, 220 pounds). I lost 65 pounds in a year. I'm going to add you. Feel free to ask any questions. My best advice is to learn what works for you. Lower carb eating and walking/ running were mine. Good luck!!!
