    It's a form of making you eat calorie deficit, just like any other forms.. you eat mostly fat, little protein and carbs. Tried it for 5 months, got tired of it at the end.. you can do calorie deficit on any other style of eating. No biggie.

    High fat, mid protein, low carb. It is great for those who fail on just normal cico. It helps curb appetite. If you can control your eating, regular cico should work just fine for you. For someone like me who always feels hungry, keto (low carb) dieting is a God send. If you want low carb you don't have to do keto. Just eat less carbs.

    Pretty much a, your body needs 0 carbs. When it doesn't have carbs ketones are produced in the liver which are more efficiebt at maintaining muscle.
