Does water make you lose weight ?

Water helps flush toxins and sodium out, water is not magic pill for weight loss but it does help and is good for you!0

No. A calorie deficit makes you lose weight.0

It can help digestion, flush toxins out and reduce sodium levels which in turn can cause a drop in water weight but it doesn't help fat loss.0

No as well as what others have said it does make you feel fuller between meals - ☺️2

Only if drinking water helps to keep you from drinking calorie-laden drinks and going over your goal3
