My legs weigh 500 pounds each.

Does anyone know why my legs would feel like they weigh 500 pounds each? I've been jogging and doing strength training for a year (kinda off an on, but mostly on) and my legs have been feeling very heavy and draggy for the past month. It's very frustrating.

Not enough info, but to me it sounds like you need more rest.

Agreed. Overtraining or tired legs can make them feel heavy.

Okay. I'd still like to do an hour for 6 days a week but will try to walk more and slow down on some of the lunges. Thanks!
