Keto and Vegetarian??

I'm really interested in starting the Keto diet but I don't/can't eat meat due to digestive issues. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can replace meat with?...LOL not tofu please.

Maybe something like seitan, it's relatively low in carbs.2

some mushrooms are super high in protein and I would think lowish on carbs.2
