I started my fitness journey 3 months ago but I had an issue sticking with it. I would exercise and eat healthy for a week and then relax and eat junk food for another week . But now I refuse to stop. I want to get healthy . Please add me as a friend, so that we can work together and reach our goals. NO more giving up.
