    I'm 5 pounds away from being in the healthy region for my height. My goal is to loose 1.5 pounds a week, so I should hit the healthy region during this challenge (around August 21st.) That would put me in the very top end of the healthy zone. My ultimate goal of 125 would put me in the very middle of the healthy zone. My total weight loss so far is 36 pounds.

    You just start by stating your start weight, goal weight, goal this challenge, etc as the others have done. Then you check in every Monday.

    I make sure to work out each day during the week (30 min cardio mon-fri + simple strength exercises 3 times a week) and have started IF for 2 days a week I only eat between 600 - 800 cals so I can have more for the weekend. It doesn't work for everyone but fits into my routine nicely. My motivation is seeing results and I have bought a few clothing items that I am determined to get into also lol. Good luck! :)
