my weight is fluctuating but I lost between 4 to 5 KILOGRAMS in 12 days. I chose bunch of cardio activities, and today it hurts to pee and I see blood! . I'm worried!! and No, I am not sexually active. Does it have to do with weight loss?

good lord man. you really want to ask random strangers about why your peeing blood? go see a doctor.19
-
Go to the ER or your doctor for advice not a weight loss community chat page.3
-
Definitely get to the doc. Could be urinary track infection or a bazillion other things.2
-
Anytime you have blood in your urine you need to see a doctor. It might be serious, it might not be serious. But that is something only a doctor can tell you.

Maybe not ER. But definitely Urgent Care if your PCP doesn't have same day access.0

go to a doctor..
you probably have urinary tract infection ...0 -
I vote for bladder cancer10

Go to the ER0

This is not a help from internet strangers problem. This is a see your doctor asap problem.6

Are you sure it's blood? Eating beets can give your urine a pink tinge that looks like blood.
If you haven't eaten beets in the last couple of days then you should probably see a doctor ASAP.3 -
its not pure red urine but like you see bits of red clumps. Im not paranoid of cancer or anything. but it seems like when I started loosing weight this happened. Do you guys think it's related? can loosing weight too fast cause this?
and advice taken, Ill go to a doctor but not ER. I am not dying!! lol.,.1 -
It may be dehydration, especially with the extra exercise and weight fluctuations. Stress can also do that. Get to a doctor though to find out.1

You're losing on average of almost a pound a day, and you're peeing blood. No, I can't think of any reason why this wouldn't be a urgent situation that would require medical attention instead of posting to an online forum.

I'd go see the doctor...Last time I was peeing blood, it was a sign of a severe kidney infection with no other symptoms.1
-
If it was just blood in the urine, I would not be so concerned until it happened twice (it happened twice to me after doing bent over rows and found out I had a kidney stone). However, pain when urinating is no bueno.
I'd get to the doctor and have them give you a quick once over.0 -
Hurts to pee and bits of red clumps in your urine? Yup, get yourself to your doctor, a walk-in clinic or the hospital today. You don't have to be dying to go to the ER, btw.2

My first thought was rhabdomyolysis, but none of these is good...6 -
See a doctor.
It can be urinary tract infection, bladder infection... or cancer. Or, you know, anything related to the urethra, penis, bladder or kidneys, or nothing related to them. Did you consume anything with red or blue/purple food dye?
Get off the internet. See a doctor. Now.
My dad had bladder cancer but has been in remission for 14 years. It was excruciatingly painful for him, and he was actually peeing blood, not diluted blood.0 -
Ditto all the above, and good luck coming back here for sex hookups.14

Blood in your urine warrants an immediate trip to the ER or at least urgent care, not waiting a week or more to see your primary.4 -
Sounds like either UTI or kidney stones. Either way seek medical attention to confirm and treat. As others mentioned, any time there's blood in your urine you should go ahead to the doctor.0

Somehow I missed this comment, but the fact that there is enough blood to form clots is pretty serious. You need to see a doctor today--if not the ER, then go to urgent care.0 -

Even worse, the fact that it's clotting and then moving is even more serious. Although not as serious as if it was brown or black clots... Even so. I'd be in emergency or urgent care... whichever was closer.1 -

what? no, no, definitely ER.
OP- I don't know what you have specifically but there's a condition called rhabdomyolysis that can happen as a result of over-exercise and it can be fatal causing kidney and liver failure. it's number one sign is blood in urine, brown urine, etc.
God to the hospital immediately, your life could be at risk5
