90 calories per 1/2 cup EVERY DAY if I want.
Sometimes I feel lucky that I live near the homes of Jeni's and Graeter's...then I see this and get upset
Moreover, $5.28 per half gallon next to Halo Top at $4.97 per pint.0 -
Nope
At once a month it won't make any difference0 -
Ice cream every day!1

Not at all. I help ppl lose weight healthfully and in a way that they can live with forever, and keep it off!!
So for you, if ice cream once a month satisfies you, and keeps you from the negative feedback cycle of overindulging/deprivation, you must have it!!0 -

Just fit it into your lifestyle. If you can't fit in icecream now and then, you're being much too strict with yourself. Remember, it's a lifestlye change, not a diet!0

I buy small containers. 3.5 oz. Haagen Dazs. Only 10 carbs. I used to buy a pint and finish it in one sitting. This is my portion control.2

Yes, ice cream is just a food, if you can make it fit, go ahead.
Like others I'm more concerned that your goal is too strict. Do you eat back exercise calories? And what's your exercise? 1000cal burned every day is a LOT0 -
I set aside calories for Halo Top pretty much every night (or a Chobani Flip)....it's actually the first thing I put in my track in the mornings.1

If you want to eat it, fit it in! I have been having to fit lots of "not diet" food into my diet lately in order to be social (work group lunches, nights out with friends, etc). It works fine and I'm still losing. Why? Because this isn't a "diet" in the connotation that people usually associate with it. This is a way of life, so you need to be able to fit things that you like in! Plus, it helps me to avoid something on a day when it just won't fit in by knowing that it isn't no forever, it is no today, yes tomorrow (or whenever).0

I eat ice cream almost every night. Lately i've been eating the Yasso frozen yogurt bars because im a little obsessed. 100 calories is super easy to fit in every day.0

My Pt thinks everything in moderation. I dont like ice cream and havent had it in years. But wave a doughnut with pink icing. Hello! When i first started losing weight i knew i couldnt be trusted and would fall off the wagon. First 6 months nothing sweet or booze went past my lips. Funny thing is if i eat a box of smarties like i use to geeze i feel sick. Im on day 3 of no sugar in anything. Not even my coffee. So far so good and no cravings. Yay. Want to see if weight moves in a month.0

I eat ice cream once a week and I have maintained my weight loss for three years now. Make enjoyable food fit so you don't blow it might be my motto.

I eat ice cream several times per week. If you fit it in your calorie goal then there is no problem eating it. I usually buy single serving sizes that helps me to keep my portions appropriate.0

Yes because only once a month1 -
I would die if I only ate ice cream once a month (j/king of course).
I at least eat it 5-6 times a week (Halo Top, Enlightened, Protein ice cream, Edy's, etc.)0 -
As long as it fits within your calories for the day why not?0
