I am trying to cut and lift heavy at the same time. I need some motivation from people with the same goal as me. Add me. Please.

You grow from the inside. Losing fat combined with a good muscle pump will give you the allusion of big.1

When you cut and lift heavy. Then your body fat will go down while you either maintain or lose. Right now I am maintaining. I have already lost alot of weight.0

What's that got to do with lifting heavy?
Gaining muscle in a deficit is likely impossible, except in a few circumstances. Lifting in a deficit helps maintain muscle loss. You can lift heavy whenever you like...2 -
If you are losing weight and lifting heavy. Yes you may lose some muscle mass but your body fat percentage would go down too. Then after you get done cutting you just need to maintain unless you go on a bulk.0
