I all my name is lesley I am a mother of 2. I joined the site before but didnt do so well in fact I gained more weight I am on a goal to lose 24 pounds and feel great about my self. My goal is to do this by my 30th birthday jan.14. I find it very hard to control my eatting. Hoping I could find some support here.

One thing that might help is if you try a little bit of exercise - I know, the dreaded 'e' word! But even just walking for half an hour can earn you a few extra calories each day that can make things easier as you don't feel quite restricted.
I went to meet some friends for a Starbucks the other day and I decided to walk (up a big, big hill). I put in the walk on here and was surprised by how many calories I'd "earnt"; enough to treat myself to a muffin for sure
