Early morning gym routine

Hey everyone! So, my goal is to eventually drop 60 lbs before Thanksgiving break (around Nov. 22nd) and start developing an early morning gym routine. I have 8:45 classes Mon-Thurs so I'm planning to be in the gym by 6 a.m. so I can get a solid hour of working out in before having to get ready for my classes. I'm starting just short of a month before school starts again so I can really get into the groove of things. Any tips on early morning workouts? Anyone else planning to drop around 60 lbs? Any tips for maintaining a healthier lifestyle in college? Let me know!

Thanksgiving is 17 weeks away, so the most you can safely drop by then is about 34 pounds. Don't let that discourage you from trying, but setting a realistic (and safe) goal is important.1

I workout everyday at 330am cuz I work at 530. It's a grind to wake up but once u do it so much and convince urself ur day now starts at this time ur body will adapt to it. And the days u miss u wnt feel right. I've been working out in the am for awhile now and I seem more tired the days I don't go. I say get ur mind convince first and ur body will follow2

You just get up and do it. I'm up at 530 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and on my bike by 6 after I've had a little coffee.0
