Bulking, eating when full, meal prep?

Im 5'3 110 lbs my next goal is 115.what can i eat that is high in calories to increase my caloric intake without eating more than 3 times a day? i work long hours sometimes i dont even have time to eat 3 meals.
also i get full really fast. does anyone have pointer on eating more when your full?
i want to meal prep but i have a roomate and our fridge is crazy full. ive started lifting but i kinda feel like its pointless if im not getting enough calories.

Sausage
Pork
Anything with high fat content.

Without knowing what you are currently eating it's difficult to make suggestions, but full fat dairy, higher fat protein sources, cook in oils/butter, add oil/butter and higher cal sauces. Starchy carbs/vegies over lower carb.
Drink calories between meals - something instead of water.2 -
If you're feeling super full then more fatty stuff will probably just make that feeling worse. Maybe try stuff that's super calorie laden but not filling like candy. I frickin love gummies after my lifting sessions. Quick acting carbs that really aren't filling but give your muscles a quickly available source of sugar-dextrose. If getting enough calories in is difficult don't focus on this "clean" food thing that so many people get wrapped around the axle about. If you eat surplus calories you will gain weight regardless of where they come from0
