What's the Hollywood diet?
Im going to assume it puts you in a massive deficit, which might make you lose weight quickly, but is completely unsustainable5 -
California or Florida? Makes a difference! Lol7

My mom had the Beverly Hills diet book when I was a kid. It was silly. Don't know what the Hollywood diet is, though.0

sorry not tried it0

Just Googled it, and it sounds like a terrible idea. You buy a drink mix and drink only that and water for 2 days (No protein in it, and I assume no fat).
OP, a calorie deficit is all you need to lose weight, and you will feel much better if you eat some protein, fat, and fiber everyday. Really.2 -
I had to Google it, too. Anything that has "miracle diet" involved in the packaging needs to be stabbed with a pointy stick. The only miracle you need is the will to use a food scale and have some patience. All you need is a deficit. Use MFP for more than the forums. The app is such a useful tool to help you in your weight loss journey.7

Any diet has a name like that won't be good, that's without even looking it up.

Do you mean cocaine and plastic surgery? No.18

Generally any diet with a 'name' is not going to be worth while. There are exceptions, but I find this fits the 80/20 rule.1

Actually I have tried it like 6 years ago it was a crazy idea but it worked I lost 15 pound in 3 weeks and I followed everything to the point it's hard to follow and it's not somethings you want to do forever and u need to take some multivitamins while on it plus some exercise as well , I have tried the second book version of it by the way .7

I guess it didn't really work out to be a good diet if it didn't teach anyone about maintenance....2 -
I prefer the Holyrood diet. Don't forget the salt 'n' sauce!

I'm from Dunbar, just outside Edinburgh. Lived in Edinburgh for 12 years :-)
Salt 'n' sauce for me everytime....1 -

Unless it's a diet where a movie studio pays me millions of dollars to be in a movie and hires me a trainer to get me into shape and a chef and nutritionist to make and plan my meals I'm probably not going to enjoy the 'hollywood diet'.

In actual fact I'm a West-coaster so I think you're all crazy. I don't even take vinegar.0

I did this today: I walked to Holyrood House and Park and walked around there, and then home again. 4.5hrs of walking.
