I like to keep english muffins on hand, so I had one of those split with a little bit of cream cheese spread on both halves, topped with 2 poached eggs. Unfortunately, I don't have hollandaise sauce, but this is still delicious. It comes out to approx. 300 calories, too!

I made steel cut oats in my rice cooker. Add cinnamon, raisins, and unsweetened applesauce. Yum!

"Scrambled eggs" (in quotes cause I didn't use the traditional fat to cook these, used cooking spray), two slices of toast, a cup of apple juice and half cup of cherries.

Trying to decide: French Toast, pancakes and eggs, or scrambled egg with cheese, rice, and salsa wrap.

ETA: or left over oats from yesterday.

I went to IHOP today and had 1000+ calories of deliciousness.

Then I went for a 10K walk so I could actually eat something for lunch & dinner :p

    I skip breakfast.

This. It helps me to stay within my goal and enjoy a great dinner, which I prefer. Some call it Intermittent Fasting on a 16/8 schedule.

I only drink when I'm thirsty (got CHF so drinking too much causes bloating). Plus I don't like coffee. The apple juice is enough fluid for me.
