I wimped out in July so I'm ready to remotivate and get going to meet the 10lb. loss in August ... I'm mostly falling behind in the exercise department!!! I'll try to purchase a mini-trampoline this weekend and give that a try as a daily exercise task that I can do without turning off the TV!!!0

I did terrible last month, but I'm hoping this month will be better! I will be checking in on Fridays however, because Thursday night is my weigh in night since I started.
