    I am in for August! Currently at 8lbs lost in July. I am in the mountains hiking the next few days and hope to hit the target of 10lbs when I get back in Monday for the July challenge!

    Sign me up. I've been trying to lose the same 10 lbs for 2 years, so maybe this is the challenge I need to finally get it done.

  • I wimped out in July so I'm ready to remotivate and get going to meet the 10lb. loss in August ... I'm mostly falling behind in the exercise department!!! I'll try to purchase a mini-trampoline this weekend and give that a try as a daily exercise task that I can do without turning off the TV!!!

    I did terrible last month, but I'm hoping this month will be better! I will be checking in on Fridays however, because Thursday night is my weigh in night since I started.

    Please count me in! It's going to be way harder than July b/c I am closer to the healthy BMI now and I also have school, but this motivates me! :) 152lb in September sounds absolutely amazing :]
