Hello. I am 48 years old and have finally had enough.
Enough of being a plus size woman.
Enough failing
Enough criticising how I look
Enough pain
Enough sadness
Enough with Coca Cola
Enough Enough Enough
Today starts the journey to happiness. I have a few changes that are critical to my success:
DRINK WATER.....NOT COKE
WALK EVERY SINGLE DAY
EAT BREAKFAST EVERY DAY
NO FOOD AFTER 9 PM
TRACK WHAT I EAT
JOURNAL MY EMOTIONS
NEVER GIVE UP
Please help me find a way to achieve any and all of these goals.

Last goal.....QUIT SMOKING BY NOVEMBER 1, 2017

Look for the signs that will tell you that you've fully, 100%, committed to this decision. Everyone's different, but for me...
    • I cleaned out the kitchen. Lots of still-good (according to best by date) stuff got tossed
    • I downloaded and familiarized myself with this app and started logging every single thing I ate / drank
    • I went through a few days of headaches as I cut back caffeine intake to two cups of coffee a day
Probably doesn't sound like much, but these lifestyle changes were, in my case, really big. At 47, I have finally turned a corner.
You'll start to notice changes in your decision-making processes too.
I know what you're thinking... what about when the zombies come. I have practically nothing left in the house to eat, right?
    Rice ;)
