I make sure to work out each day during the week (30 min cardio mon-fri + simple strength exercises 3 times a week) and have started IF for 2 days a week I only eat between 600 - 800 cals so I can have more for the weekend. It doesn't work for everyone but fits into my routine nicely. My motivation is seeing results and I have bought a few clothing items that I am determined to get into also lol. Good luck!
The only IFs I have done are when I've been so wrapped up in a project that I realize its late and I just go home and go to bed. I am intrigued by the idea of them, though.

Since stopping breastfeeding I have been finding weight loss a lot more challenging. Not loosing anywhere near as much. Having done some research it seems some people loose it much more easily and others gain. I would guess I would be a gainer if I wasn't doing this diet. Never mind, just makes the challenge even more challenging I guess4 -

I appreciate the concern, but (sadly) I'm less than 5'0", so 92 is a healthy BMI. It's ~19, so it's definitely a low healthy BMI, but I've set it as a potential goal, and I'm definitely willing to reevaluate as I get closer to it -- if I feel best at 100, or 95 lbs, I'll have that be my maintanence weight (with the added bonus of a slightly higher TDEE).
