Hi. I've been following the keto way of eating (off and on) for a while now and I'm down almost 100 lbs. Ive decided it's time to start being serious about it tracking everything. Feel free to friend me. My diary is open to all friends. Pictures of my meals are in Instagram: ketobajan.

My husband and I are looking to start keto. Any friends? Advice? We are thinking of easing into it at first (also to help not throwing away the pantry  ). Breads and potatoes are going to be harder for me, sodas and pizza for him I think.

I've been doing strict Keto for about 2 weeks and have lost 9 lbs so far! I missed sugar the first week but now I'm fully enjoying the stuff I can have: cheese, avocado, lots of nuts - yum. I don't feel like I'm on a diet which is awesome.

I'm always looking to add more Keto friends on MFP, send me a request if you'd like. What some people find helpful is to start with a LCHF diet (about 50-60 net carbs a day; net = total carbs - fiber) and then ease into Keto (strictly less than 30 net carbs a day, or ~5% from total calories). It's a good transition to finish off some of that carby stuff in your pantry and switch over to buying more fatty foods.
