New here

Hello. I'm new to this app but not to the process. I've successfully lost 80lbs already this year using another app, but the community there was horrible. I do hope it's a bit better here. We shall see.

Hi there, I am new to this process. I tend to follow a diet for 2-3 weeks, then I cheat horribly and feel too guilty to get back on the wagon. I pay my gym membership, but haven't been there in over 7 months. Hoping this app will hold me accountable again and I can be honest with myself. I'm also a T1 diabetic, so losing weight has been difficult with countering low blood sugars and trying not to fall into the easy trap of skipping doses to lose weight quickly. I'm turning 28 on Friday, and cannot afford to put off my health any longer. Cheers!

Just start small. Count your calories. Have a cheat meal once a week if that helps.
If you go back to the gym, go with a plan. There are hundreds of workout plans online that work. The biggest mistake you can male at the gym is going in without a plan.
