Today's challenge is: One Legged Calf Raises
Let's see if we can do 100 on each leg for a total of 200.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 100 each then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Mini mini challenge: See if you can turn any of these into jumps but landing on your toes and holding it for a few seconds (This may be tough for those of us doing our raises using a platform). I you use a platform that is not totally stable don't hurt yourself doing this mini mini!!

Got in 125 on each leg. Just did sets of 25 throughout the day. Lol. Much easier when you can just stand up from your desk and do a set. :laugh:0

Got 'em done, but I did them with both legs instead of single-legged. Not strong enough for that yet...0
