7months ago I began my journey im only 4 pounds away from being under 200!! I have not been under 200 in 4 years.!! All of my weight was lost by walking and my elliptical and of course calorie counting !!

    You are so inspiring! I started again in February 2017 and lost 20 lbs by June but only stayed that way for a day, now I'm at 16 lbs and keep going back and forth between 16 & 18 pounds I'm very frustrated but I need to lose 33 lbs to get to onederland. I hope I can by the end of the year. What was a typical daily Schedule like eating and exercise and how tall are you if you don't mind me asking?

    A normal day of eating for me is 1200 calories but I net 1000-1100 most days, im 5'2"
    Breakfast and lunch are the same thing
    1egg
    Velveeta cheese
    100% whole wheat bagel thin
    250ish calories
    Dinner
    Chicken and rice.
    400-500 calories if I add dipping sauces
    If I have extra calories I eat smart popcorn 100 Calorie bag
    This is what I lost most of my weight eating.

    Exercise
    20 min walk at night
    10-15 mins on the elliptical
