I battle bulimia for several years, and am now over weight and struggling not to go back to my old ways, i know that it was easier but doing this naturally is so much healthier.there is hope it took alot of counseling, sole searching and just wanting to be healthy for my family.

    Hi you've done it once with help I'm sure you'll do it again think back to what was involved in the recOvery and start reading educating yourself good luck☺
