can i drink Glucose during my workout session?

Hey friends please tell that can I comsume glucose with water during my workout?
If not then why?
Or should I stick with water

And I am on bulking

I've heard that if you're a generally healthy person that there isn't really a pro or con to drinking glucose with water. But to be honest I have no idea. I'm not very knowledgeable on that.

Yup I m a healthy person buddy
And I was just thinking that during workout session we lose energy
And if we drink glucose than what we lost during workout we will get side by side but I am also not knowledgeable about this
So please any one help me

You can eat and drink what you like. You choose what goes in to your mouth, not the food police, your mum, or a bunch of strangers on the internet. If you want to drink glucose, go right ahead!3 -
I personally don't see the point unless you're doing an extended endurance event or have multiple events back to back...2

If it makes you happy and fits with your calorie/macro goals, then sure.
(I don't like to drink during workouts at all, as it makes me feel kind of "sloshy" and a bit ill.
I'm well hydrated before I start, I drink plenty afterwards, and my workouts are no more than 45mins long. Works for me.)0 -

You definitely can, but it's not usually necessary for your typical gym workout. Cyclists often consume glucose supplements on long rides to maintain endurance.0

Endurance sports like marathoners and Ironman triathletes have to do this. Your liver can store about 3500 calories of glycogen. Once that is depleted your performance will go way down and you'll feel terrible. While exercising your body can take in about 400 calories per hour. So, this winds up being one of the primary issues ultra distance athletes have to manage.
As a weight lifter? You can if you want, but you don't need it. Not even an elite 1k+ lb deadlifter on max effort day would need that. So, it comes down to how and when you want to consume your calories. Your choice.0
