Hi everyone I'm Michelle and I trying to lose about 20 lbs. I wanted to know if I should lower my calories or stay at 1200. Also where in the app can I see how much water I should drink?

Do not go lower than 1200 calories, there is no point.
Consuming water, ah, I drink water, iced tea, coffee, and eat fruit and vegetables. I go by my pee color, when it is light I know I am hydrated.
