    That's for mentioning it. Didn't even know that it was on the air.

    Watching Day 2 coverage now. Looks like they are mimicing Ninja Warrior in the obstacle course.

    Will record Days 3 & 4 to watch later.

    100 pull-ups.
    80 GHD sit-ups.
    60 pistols.
    40 cal row
    20 single arm 100 pound DB push press.

    Winning time was 10:46.

    10:46!!!! That is absolutely crazy.

    The female competitors are amazing but a lot of poor technique evident in swinging the sledge hammer - - short arming the swing and not properly centering the blow against the block..

    Same for the men but they could overcome bad technique with strength The male winner was the best example of that, especially at the end of his run.

    On the other hand, the female winner (the firefighter) had the best technique of all of them - - men and women, both.

    I was pretty proud of Iceland after the Euro Cup last year. Was rooting for you guys since Holland was out of form. Saw a news report that said that Iceland is experiencing a mini baby boom 9 months after the tournament!
