    Just joind as I've given up WW sick of stoping and starting joining rejoining. Decided to do it myself and myself alone might go premium in next few months so will see how it goes.

    Hi everyone - just 'rejoined' and have a long way to go! Tried low carb/no carb for a while but kept getting fed up feeling deprived! I think counting calories and creating a calorie deficit must be the way to go - more choice - able to have a 'bit of what you fancy to eat'. How often do you weigh yourself?
