8/6/17 - 283.4 (-2) YAY! I was pretty sure I was holding on to excess weight for a while and I think it's finally gone. [TL: 2.8 lb]
8/13/17 - 281.8 (-1.6) My weight was actually lower yesterday morning, but I had a lot of salt yesterday. [TL: 4.4]

Starting prisoner of azkaban. Goal 182.9- 11 = 171.9 lbs = 78.09 kg
So having dropped aprox a kg a week for the first 9 weeks of my diet This could be reached by last monday of august. But since i fear things will start to slow down soon and my long term goal is 0.5 kg a week I aim to achevie this by october 9.

31.07 weight 82 kg so a kg down 4 to go on the prisoner of azkaban.
07.08 weight 80.2 so 1.8 kg this week total 2.8 down 2.2 to go on the poa.
14.08 weight 79.9 kg so I am under 80.
I have started getting used to big losses so todays small lose of only 0.3 kg felt abit like beeing attacked by a dementor. I know o.3 is good that my long time goal is 0.5 average and I am well on my way. I just started to take it for granted.
