I'm a little behind but I'm totally up for this! I've just started training with a PT twice per week and she's giving me diet and exercise advice too so this challenge should be a great motivator. Plus my birthday is 1st September lol.

For me, i like the push of 10lb for September. Then maybe another challenge for sept til end of Oct and a new challenge from Nov til Christmas x1 -

Hi everyone! I started MFP at the beginning of July and weighed 207. I've lost 8 pounds, but I've lost and gained the same few pounds over again in the meantime going out to dinner for special things! Got to learn to eat out better ASAP. It's a vicious circle. Other than that, I'm losing well doing 30-minute brisk walk a day and eating at 1,200 calories/day. Looking forward to getting to know you!1 -
