Just started the 5:2 diet. One week in and lost 2.5 lbs. This app has been invaluable! Good luck to all on your fitness journeys

    the 5:2 is eating 500cal twice a week and then eating normal 5 days a week. i have also started this week and this app has been fantastic at looking at how many calories the food we eat has. you can tweak it before the day and plan for the day coming.

    I started the 5:2 diet today and I agree this app makes it easier to track for my 500 Cal day. Good luck for your journey.
