How many calories do you eat during the day?

Usually try to hold off on eating bulk of my calories until later in the day... Usually. Today, it's only 2:30 and I'm at 1,100 calories. OOPS.

Typically around 300, then the rest in the late evening.

About half my calories before dinner, then the rest after. Usually about 1000 cal each or so, depending on my allowance that day.

Yep, pretty much this, except 800-1000, instead of 600-800.

I am at a 1200 calorie a day goal. I usually eat half of those during the day and save half for dinner.

I don't really have a "usual"...I'm generally around 2800-3000 for an entire day, but it just depends on the day as to when I eat them...right now I'm actually probably closer to around 2600-2800 per day total.

    200 bf, 400 lunch, 500 dinner and 100 for snacks. 1200 a day, and it's tough!

It averages about 400 calories before I start the bulk of my eating around 10:30 pm (which is usually about 2000 calories during the week....less on the weekends).

This is similar to my pattern, though my calories are slightly lower. The highest I eat is 1800. Usually 500-600 for my first meal and the balance is dinner/dessert. I eat 1700-1800 calories, though on a rest day, I might do 1500.

I have an IF window from around 10 or 11am to 6 or 7pm. So all my calories are eaten within that window and my biggest meal/calorie intake is usually between noon and 1pm.

So far today, 4:20 p.m., I'm at 981 calories, with a little bit lighter breakfast and little bit heavier lunch than usual. That gives me a little over 600 for the rest of the day. Easy. Dinner is to be a pizza with pork belly, veg, and cheese and I'll have a cup of kombucha with it.

If I want more I can put in some cardio time for it.

I usually have three small, equally sized meals at approximately 8am, 12pm, and 3pm, which add up to 600-800 cals. That leaves about 1000 for dinner. If there's anything left, I have a snack at 10-ish.

I eat 250 - 400 cals each @ 7am, 11am, 3pm, 6:30pm, 9:30pm. I might eat an apple or a hard-boiled egg in between one meal if I get unusually hungry. 1650 total is my goal and I exercise daily.

Anywhere from 1500-3500 depending on exercise. If my ex happens to piss me off, I run, sometimes I push myself way to hard because I am that angry (still better to be sore for two days than in jail for murdering him).

    2100 cal/day usually 3 meals 500-800 each, less for lunch and/or dinner if I plan to have a 4th meal/snack.

Adjust meals to conform to cal/macro goals as the day progresses. Add cardio to burn cals if it looks like I'm going over.

500 cals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus 250 cals for three snacks. I get low blood sugar so banking my calories for the end of the day never works for me
