Just had a baby 1month ago! I'm motivated to lose weight!!

I plan on working out every single day! I have a small appetite but I'm loving salads & oatmeal in the mornings. I've lost 17lbs so far but now I'm just stuck there. Maybe I need to try different workouts idk

    I've haven't missed a day of working out since the first week I got out the hospital. My clothes are fitting nice but the scale shows no weight loss

    If you are breastfeeding, there is an entry to add 500 calories. Use it, the baby needs the nutrition.
    I did not exercise. I was busy enough washing baby sheets, mopping, vaccuming, fixing dinners, etc. I also had a nice stroller and went to malls, zoos, parks, and even walked to a close by mini market for milk and eggs.
    Simple walking every day was my salvation. Eating properly went a much longer way.
