Did you gain it in 2 months?

Rushing weight loss often leads to weight gain afterwards. Why the rush?

that's a really silly idea - you'll probably not be able to sustain the deficit but if you do you will probably lose lean body mass along with the fat.

Depending on your starting weight (like if you're morbidly obese) 20lb might be sensible but for a lower starting weight 1 - 2 lb per week is much more realistic.

I need a Ferrari, still not going to happen

You need to reevaluate. You should look to lose 1% of your body weight a week.

You need to eat under by 500 calories a day to lose 1lb a week.

    2 st = 28 lbs. There are 3,500 calories in a pound.

    28 lbs / 8 weeks = 3.5 lbs per week

    3.5 lbs / 7 days = .5 lbs per day

You would have to maintain a calorie DEFICIT of 1750 calories (3,500 calories / 2) to lose .5 lbs a day.

    Some questions to consider:
    • What is your current caloric consumption? If you are a woman, you should not go below 1000 calories; if you are a man, you should not go below 1200 calories
    • What is your fitness level? (Vigorous exercise right off the bat when you are restricting calories can make you sick / kill you / make you wish you were dead)
    • What is the purpose of the weight loss goal (why the short time frame)?

Paleo / keto diets (low carbs / sugar along with high protein / fat) can give you remarkable results, but they are not a miracle.

Macros would be: 15% carbs / sugar; 45% protein; 40% healthy fat (coconut oil, olive oil, grass fed butter, animal fat and skin)

    Liquid diets are another option.

According to Harvard Health Publications, rowing at a moderate pace for 30 minutes burns about 210 calories for a 125-pound individual and 311 calories for a 185-pound individual. For vigorous rowing, those numbers are 255 and 377, respectively.

Depending on your fitness level, you could work up to an hour of rowing and burn over 600 calories, depending on your weight...

It's water, not muscle. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Like everyone else said, that is way too aggressive. A pound a week is what you should be aiming for.
