Kettle bell exercises

I like to do a lot of my workouts at home, and I just recently acquired a 15 lb kettle bell.

It's relatively inexpensive and her instruction is really good. After you have become more proficient at Kettlebell movement, I would look at Kettlebells for Women by Lauren Brooks.

Her program gets real pretty fast. I'd recommend adding a 12K or 25lb Kettlebell and another 15 to do this program.

Just thinking about your safety, I wouldn't do that move where she is in plank swinging through with the shoulder extension.2 -
you can also get a set of resistance bands and use them with the kbs , google something like "banded kb exercises" for ideas.1

There are some really BAD videos with really BAD form.
Stick with Strongfirst/Dragon Door/Sarah Lurie... Stay away from chalean(sp) and any other infomercial/beachbody workouts.1
