That's not what a protein shake does. It won't perform miracles. Point of protein shake is to give you extra protein (and depending on type also other nutrients or supplements) in case you don't have time or simply fnd it hard to get adequate amount of protein from other sources.10

I am currently taking EAS lean and toned and it has 15g of protein but enough dietary fiber in which helps to lose weight. To be honest in the past four months it's what I've been taking and it's been helping me a lot but im tired of the dairy flavor so my next option was to try CLA + Carnitine but wanted to see if anyone else would recommend it.8

You can search this site for occasions people have used "Carnitine" and see what they said about it.1

But her answer is correct. A protein shake won't tone your body. It just provides protein when you can't get it from other sources. To say you can just drink a shake and all the sudden you'll have a muscular lean body is ridiculous.13 -

I read EAS has the metal caladium in it.0 -
Protein supplements can help you get enough protein, and possibly keep you full longer. Adequate protein paired with resistance training can help reduce muscle loss in a deficit. Otherwise, there is nothing special about it, it won't in itself make you lean and toned5

OP the key to looking lean and toned is to get down to a healthy weight and to build muscle. So a calorie deficit if you need to lose weight and a progressive lifting program to build muscle.
It's important to get enough protein, but protein doesn't make you toned, it is used to build muscle if your workout program is working, whether you get protein from a shake or from a piece of chicken.
I don't honestly understand your question about flavor, do you mean fruit flavored whey or do you mean non-dairy?1 -
Whey is dairy, so it's always going to taste a little dairy. You could mix it in fruit juice and the fruity flavor may mask the dairy. I add whey to a fruity smoothie made with pineapple juice, frozen mixed berries, and Greek yogurt.0

this x100...nothing about a protein shake that will make you "lean and tone".2 -
And regards CLA... Don't waste your money!!2

Syntrax nectar is a fruit flavoured range of WPI. It's like fruit juice when mixed up...
But OP, it doesn't help you get lean or look toned.0 -
There's a berry one by Vega that isn't dairy I think it's 20g protein. I'm currently using garden of life raw organic protein as a meal replacement it is really good it keeps my appetite at a good level for a while and it has like 22 superfoods and has 20g protein and it's dairy free but kinda pricey. Not sure about toning though. I just drink it for the protein because I don't even meet my goal.0

I just purchased a few from Walgreen's Brand is called FITMISS pre workout called Ignite in Strawberry Margarita flavor, and also (FITMISS) Delight protein shake. What I love about them is thst they sre geared for Women's essential needs and Vitamins. Today is my first day and so far I tried the protein shake chocolate flavor. It wasn't bad. I put alot of ice in mine because I like them really icy consistecy, with almond coconut milk blend, a banana, some blackberries and reduced fat peanut butter. The taste wasn't bad at all,but I do wish it tasted a bit more like chocolate. But like I said ,I believe by putting sooo much I ice I water down the flavor. Can't wait to try out the pre -workout, it says increased energy, and workout motivation, ignite fat loss and build lean physique.. Etc. They are Black and pink cans. Hope you find something that works!!6

I like that one too because of the added fiber. Have you tried using vanilla & putting frozen fruit of your liking into & blending? I like using the dark sweet cherries, or oranges, banana, etc..0 -

There was just a discussion the other day about this in another thread....supplements like protein that are marketed towards women are complete scams - protein is protein...there is no woman's protein and men's protein...the only difference is the pretty pink packaging and inflated prices.7 -
