I break my fast around 7 and stop eating around 10 or 11. I tend to prefer to have either a smaller meal of fruits/veggies first, or my main meal, and then possibly a later meal with lots of protein to round out my calories.1

start at 1, stop eating at 70

Eat lunch when I get time (usually 3pm),then dinner and dessert when I get home. It really doesn't make a difference when you eat....1

I use it for maintenance. I'm not rigid on timing. I tend to eat for the first time after 1:00 pm, and I stop by 8:00 or so. If I've drifted a couple pounds higher than my preferred weight, I'll skip lunch and just do one meal a day for a couple of days. I've been successfully maintaining this way without tracking my food for about four years.3
