Hi!! I'm Danielle! Im 23 & ive reached my highest weight in my entire lifetime, that is it enough is enough! I work in a school so i told myself that, as soon as the first Monday rolled around off the summer holiday i was on a 6 weeks detox! So far I have stuck to eating clean & swimming & going to the gym on a regular basis, since the 24th of July. Not long I know, but its been a massive focus shift and a huge commitment for me I normally only last a week when I say I'm gonna be good!

Awsome! Don't worry slowly but surely you will eventually get there DO NOT GIVE UP PLEASE DO NOT no matter what people say DO NOT its the way how you want to feel and make you happy. I was near 200lb almost 2-3 months ago now i am 168lb my goal weight is 135lb and im only 24 years old hang in there i started off with the 7 day plan nurtisystem at the very beginning i lost in total of 7 lbs and that when i said I CAN DO THIS! I GOT IT and kept my hopes up learned how to portioned my food and how many calories my body needed a day what is better to eat and what not and most important learned how to perfer to drink water then a 24pk of coca colas a day1

Thank you for your response! Wow your progress has been amazing in that length of time! That's kind of gave me hope that i will eventually start to see a difference if i keep at this! I honestly dont know why ive managed to pile the weight on, generally speaking i know whats good for me and what isnt! Just everything that seems to taste so good is so bad! I tend to find with my body every time i eat clean the second i eat anything bad i gain weight rather easily! So im trying my best to not cut it out but avoid it as much as possible0

Its easy to gain weight because we are not portioned and watch for calories we do not stop eating when we are satisfied we over eat and afterwards we feel overbloated for excesive eating less then 1,000 is bad for your health see my body only needs 1,600 a day and i see it this way would i rather go eat fast food ex: jack in the box a for ONLY a ultimate cheese burger just the burger is 1,010 calories now if we add the medium french fries and the medium coke in one meal i have already have taken up what my body needs later im going to be hungry and there u go more calories in your body or eat small portioned food here and there and at the end of the day you must ate ur calories range or less nd not feeling hungry. Snacks lets say doritos look at the calorie label and say ouh its only 140 calories not bad guess again and reread its 11 chips of doritos is 140 calories but your not eating 11 pieces of doritos ur eating the whole bag and 1 oz = 10 chips in a whole bag theres 3 1/2 oz wich means theres 30-40 chips wich mean ur not eating 140 calories ur eating 420-450 calories in just one bag see where im going.... you can eat whatever you want the things is making the right choice1
